Business use only
HomeVerified is a business to business service for insurers, lenders and professionals in Canada. The service currently covers Canadian residential properties. Accounts are opened at HomeVerified's discretion. HomeVerified does not offer its service to consumers.
Using results
Each search is for your professional use on a single file or transaction. You may not resell, share, copy, compile or bulk query results. Results reflect HomeVerified's records as of the date shown and may be incomplete. They are not an inspection, an environmental assessment or a substitute for official or municipal records.
Portal terms
Use of the portal is also governed by the portal terms you accept when you open an account.
Liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, HomeVerified's liability for any search is limited to the amount, if any, paid for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada.
